Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Body Back® Transformation
Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.
BODY BACK Workout
Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Hi! Welcome to Fit4Mom Bend / Redmond! I’m Kacey, the leader of our village. Health and wellness have always been a big part of my life- I have played many sports and have a passion for running and swimming. I love training for and running races, especially 10ks and half marathons! I also love going to the gym, doing Zumba or aerobics style workout classes, and practicing yoga.I remained active throughout my pregnancy and loved prenatal-focused activities; this is where I truly started to feel an amazing connection with mamas. I then delivered a beautiful baby boy and began to feel my passion for mamas and babies deepen as we met so many new friends through our adventures. The village we share became so important to me. In addition to organizing activities for our Fit4Mom village, I work as a nurse at the hospital. And while this career provides the opportunity to connect with our community, I knew I needed to make a change to surround myself with mamas, babies and our village. I have been a Fit4mom customer and I truly feel as if this is what I am supposed to be doing. I am so excited for what the future has in store and am always available to meet with anyone in or looking to join our village!
Exercise, in the form of mostly running, became a passion of mine in high school as a way to reduce stress. In my mid 20's I experimented with everything from gym memberships, home workouts (such as P90X, Insanity, Tracey Anderson), and yoga. In 2016 I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher certification. My teaching style reflects both my love for fun/ fast paced cardio exercise, losing weight, and also the refinement of slow controlled moves that focus on alignment for sculpting muscle. Now, more than ever as a mom, exercise is important to me to not only be strong to lift two car seats but to set a healthy example for my boys!
